We have two programs that you may find useful:

Our first is a Rent To Buy program where we introduce you to people who will assist you into a home with the opportunity to buy whilst you are renting. It works like this, you pay an option fee that secures the property price over a set amount of time and then you pay a weekly fee that covers rent and paying down the house. At a given time you refinance and the house is now yours! It means you can break the rental cycle and start paying for your own asset instead of your landlords!

This method is more suited to those who are finding it difficult to secure a bank loan and don’t have an enormous deposit.

The second method is suited for those who are able to qualify for a home loan, don’t have a deposit but have access to the fhog.
Or

for those who don’t qualify for fhog but have at least $16K.

It is ideal for first home buyers as you can access a $20k grant that you can put towards the deposit.
