What a wonderful way to learn about another culture, and get paid for it. By hosting an international student for periods as short as 4 weeks or as long as 5 years or more, you could make a considerable dent in the mortgage or saving to buy your own house. It’s a great way to meet and learn about different cultures. All you need is a spare bedroom, a desk, cook an evening meal , provide breakfast and lunch (self serve )if required and the desire to make the student feel at home. Post an ad for free or contact our growing list of students. I have had the pleasure of hosting students and remain friends with a number of them to this day. It has been an experience I have cherished and would thoroughly recommend. You’ll never look back, I haven’t!
